When you installed your add-on, you can use them in the game. Press 'Q' to browse for the add-on. If the add-on are tools, you will see them at tools bar. The add-on you installed will be at the place it should be. Cheers

You can also load many new up to date add-on from garry's mid workshop from steam. Subscribe the add-on you like, when you start garry's mod , the add-on will automatically download. Remember, you need to have garry's mod in your steam library.

There're many website that provide many add-on for garry's mod and most of them are free. But there are a few add-on in the website. THIS website have all the add-on that have been created because it's a valve website. If you guys want something in the website just subscribe and comment in any of my post!
